"Pulled over to this shop after my car was running poorly over Snoqualmie pass. The shop was going to close at 5:00 and I arrived at 4:45 asking if there was anything the owner could do or recommend. He stopped what he was doing to come out and hook up his diagnostics machine to my vehicle (which had a cylinder misfiring) and fixed it up at no cost. Could have just sent me on my way and said he was about to close, but took the time to help me out."

"I was stuck by lake Kachess where I couldn't get any cell coverage. They came up the side of the mountain and not only pulled me out of the ditch, but another group as well. It maybe took them an hour to get there (and I was in a remote area.) They didn't charge me an arm and a leg, either. Very grateful for their help, and not letting this idiot feel too bad for getting his car stuck in a ditch."
