"Top notch service. I got stuck off-road, nobody else around to help, and Rob was there in like 40 minutes. He pulled me out and then the bill was half of what he could've charged me. Rob was friendly and even stayed with me to make sure I had no more issues getting back to paved roads. Highly recommended."

"Amazing response and rescue from a very difficult place. Trailside welding repair and I was able to get my car back to civilization. Thank you to Robert and Crystal (sorry if its Christy I've forgotten). Amazing team and lovely folks."

"Had plans for a long camping trip but an accident totaled my camper van and left me shaken and stranded. Robert with Cascade was called to the scene to tow my van. The moment law enforcement gave the OK, he had the van winched up and ready to go—fast! He was just incredibly kind and helpful while I spent most of the day at the impound lot, salvaging belongings from the ruined van and working out plans for a friend to come from Western WA to pick me up. When you need a tow truck you’re already having a terrible day. This is the guy you want in your corner on that day."

"Prompt response, friendly service, and a great conversation. Found myself stranded on I-90 with a Flat Tire. Robert arrived within just a few minutes of my initial call and safely towed me back to town where I was able to get my flat repaired. Very impressed and wish them the best."
