"The service driver made our drive (they were able to pick up all 4 of us) as comfortable as he could, offering frequent bathroom breaks on our 3 our journey and temp adjustments. He quickly got to us, loaded our suv pretty swiftly and had us home in a few hours."

"These guys were absolutely amazing. We called them when we were stuck in the mud out at Lake Kachess at about 7 p.m. on a Sunday night. They were already on their way out to a call to Issaquah but arranged to come straight to us within 20 minutes. When the tow truck was unable to pull us out because of how far we were in the mud they called in a backup Jeep and use the both vehicles and a winch to pull us out. It only took about an hour and 20 minutes and total from the time that we called. Saved us from sleeping in the cold with our daughter and dog. Amazing friendly service, reasonable price. Clearly committed to their work and invested in their customers. Would highly recommend"
