"Had plans for a long camping trip but an accident totaled my camper van and left me shaken and stranded. Robert with Cascade was called to the scene to tow my van. The moment law enforcement gave the OK, he had the van winched up and ready to go—fast! He was just incredibly kind and helpful while I spent most of the day at the impound lot, salvaging belongings from the ruined van and working out plans for a friend to come from Western WA to pick me up. When you need a tow truck you’re already having a terrible day. This is the guy you want in your corner on that day."

"Prompt response, friendly service, and a great conversation. Found myself stranded on I-90 with a Flat Tire. Robert arrived within just a few minutes of my initial call and safely towed me back to town where I was able to get my flat repaired. Very impressed and wish them the best."

"My daughters jeep had an issue that left her stuck on the side of I-90 just passed Cabin Creek Sno-Park. The owner was extremely nice, called her to get her exact location and reassured her he’d be there as soon as possible in the middle of a giant holiday back up. Was able to get her loaded up and dropped at my Mother in-laws property in Easton. Great full for the excellent service while being hours away. Would recommend any day"
