Robert was quick and helpful on the phone and then the towing experience w Levi was tho not enjoyable due to the circumstances, was made FAR better due to his professional and positive approach. "These guys are genuinely the best ever. One of the tires on our 5th wheel blew on the freeway- we had the right size socket but not the tool to use it to remove the tire. I pulled up to Cascade in my truck, told them (literally) “I needed something this size that fits this tool” and they found a socket that fit the bill immediately. They let me borrow it on only the promise to bring it back! I’m so impressed, I’m writing this review parked on the side of I-90 while my husband is attaching the spare to the RV!!__Assuming there won’t be a “return fee” (haha), this gesture will have saved us hours of headache and who knows how much money. They’ve taken an event I don’t wish on anyone into a positive situation, and I am SO grateful for them!!! Thank you thank you!!"
